Roof Replacement, Done Once and Done Right

When a roof is genuinely at the end of its life, we replace it properly: the right materials for a salt-air coastal environment, the right installation, and a five-year labor warranty on top of the manufacturer’s material coverage. Our home base is Nassau, Duval, and St. Johns counties, but we take on re-roofing projects anywhere in Florida.

How We Decide
It’s Time

We don’t start with replacement. We inspect, photograph, and show you the specific evidence — widespread granule loss, multiple active leaks, failing decking, a roof past its service life. If the roof has years left in it, you’ll hear that first.

What’s Included in Every Re-roof

How Long It Takes

Most shingle replacements are done in a single day. We tear off, dry in, and finish the new roof before the crew leaves, so you’re not living under a tarp waiting on someone to come back.

Tile and metal take longer. They’re slower systems to install, and rushing them is how you end up with a roof that leaks in three years. You’ll get a realistic number of days before we start, and we work to finish within it.
