When replacement is the right call, we'll show you why.
Not "roofs this age usually need replacing" — the specific evidence on your roof.

Reylan Roofing is a family-owned business serving our community since 2016. Our name honors Darby and Sarah's daughter, Lucy Rey, and a portion of every job goes to Northeast Florida Advocates for Autism and Related Disabilities providing resources for caregivers of individuals with developmental disabilities. Formerly Nassau Roofing, we've changed our name but not our license or our standard of quality.
Leaks, storm damage, aging shingles, and full replacements on single-family homes across Nassau, Duval, and St. Johns counties. Shingle, metal, clay tile, and flat systems — inspected first, repaired where possible, replaced when it's genuinely time.

Sometimes the answer is yes. A twenty-year-old shingle roof that's lost its granules and started leaking in three places isn't a repair job, and we'll say so.
But a lot of the roofs we're asked to replace don't need replacing. A pipe boot cracks and dumps water into a bedroom ceiling — that's a repair. A section of flashing pulls away from a chimney — that's a repair. A storm lifts a run of panels or cracks a few clay tiles — that's a repair. Those jobs are smaller and less profitable for us than a full replacement, and we quote them anyway, because the alternative is selling you something you didn't need.

Not "roofs this age usually need replacing" — the specific evidence on your roof.
If you've been handed a replacement quote and something about it didn't sit right, let us take a look before you sign it.
If the roof has life left in it, we'll tell you how much and what it will take to protect it.
No number gets attached to your roof until someone has been on it.
Photos of the actual problem areas, explained without the sales script.
The roof either needs it or it doesn't. Our job is to tell you which.

Anyone can nail down shingles. The difference between a good roofing company and a bad one usually shows up somewhere else: in what your yard looks like at 5pm, in whether your AC unit got covered, in whether anyone pulled the permit before the crew arrived.
A re-roof is a construction site on top of your house. We treat it that way.
Landscaping, walkways, patios, pool cages, and HVAC equipment get covered before tear-off starts, not after something lands on them.
Dump trailer placement is planned with your driveway in mind, and tear-off waste is contained rather than left to blow across the yard.
Magnetic sweeps of the drive, walkways, and perimeter — because you'll be walking barefoot out there long after we've gone.
Photos of what was found, what was decked, what was flashed, and what was finished. You get a record, not just an invoice.
Permits pulled, manufacturer warranty registered, wind mitigation inspection arranged, insurance photos taken. Every one of those is a thing homeowners get quietly left holding elsewhere.
No unannounced 6:30am arrivals. You'll know the schedule and who's leading the crew.
None of this is glamorous. All of it is the reason people call us back.
