We don’t start with replacement. We inspect, photograph, and show you the specific evidence — widespread granule loss, multiple active leaks, failing decking, a roof past its service life. If the roof has years left in it, you’ll hear that first.
We pull every permit the job requires
Every re-roof meets wind mitigation standards, and we bring in a licensed inspector at our cost. You get the report for your insurer, which for many homeowners takes a real amount off the annual premium.
